Malcolm and I are finally in America!
On Thursday evening I landed at Newark International Airport, and last night Malcolm arrived in Denver, where he'll reunite with friends he made at the Convention a few months ago. Malcolm's set to stay in Denver for a few days before moving onto Minneapolis. Then we'll both arrive in Cincinnati on Thursday.
Malcolm agreed to give me updates of his solo adventures by telephone before we hit the road together.
Yesterday morning I received his first dispatch from Heathrow, moments before he boarded his plane. He spoke of his reflective journey on the Piccadilly line on the way to the new Terminal 5.
