New York Before The Bomb [2000, Mini-DV, colour, 7 minutes] is a documentary ‘artefact’ of  a mentality. The fear and anxiety perpetuated by the media and Manhattan’s response to it on the eve of the millennial celebrations has a disquieting resonance in the post-September 11th world.  Directed by Meghan Horvath, edited by Ed Barteski Jr., Photographed by Anthony McHugh.
